You have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will use SnapTurn only for lawful purposes.
If you use SnapTurn on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company.
SnapTurn may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user at any time if we believe the user has violated these Terms, created safety concerns, provided false information, misused the platform, or otherwise acted in a way that may harm SnapTurn or other users.3. SnapTurn Is a Marketplace Platform
SnapTurn provides a platform for Hosts and Snappers to connect.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, SnapTurn is not the employer, employee, joint employer, contractor, subcontractor, agent, partner, or representative of any Host or Snapper.
Hosts are responsible for the service requests they submit. Snappers are responsible for the services they agree to perform.
SnapTurn may help facilitate communication, payments, job tracking, ratings, documentation, and dispute review, but SnapTurn does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, suitability, or outcome of any job.4. Independent Contractor Relationship
Snappers are independent contractors and are not employees of SnapTurn unless a separate written agreement signed by SnapTurn states otherwise.
Snappers are responsible for:
Deciding whether to accept or decline available jobs
Determining how to perform accepted work, subject to job requirements and safety standards

Maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, or qualifications required for the services they offer
Paying their own taxes
Reporting income as required by law
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Performing services in a professional and safe manner
Nothing in these Terms is intended to create an employment relationship between SnapTurn and any Snapper.
Attorney note: This section should be reviewed carefully. Worker classification rules can vary by state and industry, and Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor states that a worker is generally considered an employee unless independent contractor status can be proven.5. Host Responsibilities

Snappers agree that payout amounts may be subject to platform fees, payment processor fees, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or other deductions as permitted by law and disclosed through the platform.
SnapTurn may use third-party payment processors to process payments and payouts. If SnapTurn uses Stripe Connect or a similar marketplace payment system, users may also be subject to the payment processor’s terms. Stripe describes Connect as a payment system for platforms and marketplaces that manage payments and move money between multiple parties.
SnapTurn is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, failed payment methods, incorrect account information, chargebacks, compliance reviews, or third-party processing issues.10. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds

Snappers may lose payout eligibility if they fail to show up, cancel late without valid reason, perform incomplete work, submit false documentation, or violate these Terms.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

SnapTurn’s dispute involvement does not make SnapTurn responsible for the actions or omissions of Hosts or Snappers.12. Property Damage, Loss, and Safety
Users are responsible for their own actions and omissions.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining safe property conditions and disclosing known hazards.

SnapTurn does not guarantee that a Snapper will be available, arrive by a specific time, resolve an emergency, or prevent property damage, guest dissatisfaction, financial loss, fines, safety issues, or booking disruption.
For true emergencies, including fire, gas leaks, active flooding, break-ins, medical emergencies, criminal activity, or immediate danger, users should contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service provider.14. Prohibited Uses

Hosts are responsible for exercising their own judgment when requesting or approving services.
Snappers are responsible for maintaining all legal qualifications required for the services they perform.
If background checks or consumer reports are used, SnapTurn should follow applicable legal requirements, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act when applicable.
